Meet the Executive Director

Neil BrownNeil Brown is Executive Director of the Ecommerce Marketing Institute (EMI). Neil also serves as Chief Marketing Officer of the Amalgamated Marketing Agency Network, and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of some of the network agencies including Modern Marketing Partners, IDeas BIG (brand identity group), and Hot Potato Social Media. Prior to his agency career, Neil held client-side brand manager and CMO roles. With a career spanning 25 years, Neil is an expert in all aspects of  in marketing, digital and Ecommerce. Author of 3 books, Neil has published in Marketing News, Advertising Age, BtoB magazine, and is a frequent guest speaker.
